Erasing David is playing at Picturehouse Cinemas from the 29th April. The 29th April is the big premiere evening – after the film there will be a live Q&A from the Brixton Ritzy that will get beamed to their other screens. Taking part in the debate are David Davis, Sharmi Chakrabarti, Michael Nyman, Will Self and David Bond, the director. BOOK TICKETS (when the fellas at Picturehouse get round to putting it on the schedule!).

school screening
26.01.10We’ve just screened the film to 300+ pupils at The King’s School Canterbury, David’s old school. They seemed to love it and we were amazed by their level of engagement with the issues. Here’s a review of the screening. We’re really pleased to announce that Dr David Perkins, the head of politics at the school, and his colleague Mike Finn, are designing and writing the education packs for the film. With the help of The Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust we will be making these available to Citizenship teachers of key stage 4/5 and to A-Level and 1st year undergraduate politics teachers from late April on this site.

ERASING DAVID at the Soho Hotel
15.01.10We’ve just come back from a packed screening at the Soho Hotel. CERBERUS, the Private Investigation company which tracked me down, invited lots of their clients. These turned out to be a fascinating bunch of lawyers and companies who use CERBERUS to navigate the murky world of data tracking and IP protection. We were delighted by the response to the film and thanks to Duncan and Cameron for arranging the screening.
