Contactpoint was one of the first casualties of the new government and subsequently all data contained within its database has been erased (Or so we are lead to believe)! Secondly, the SCR is very strictly controlled through Role Based Access Control, and the data uploaded is certainly not available to everyone in the NHS, so this needs to be corrected.
