  2. I am sure this film is very interesting. Sadly without finding an illegal download it seems I am unlikely to ever see it (within the UK)? Any suggestions, apart from organising my own screening, buying a DVD license or moving to the states?

  3. Well it is still playing in festivals and in some cinemas (http://erasingdavid.com/watch-the-film) and there will be a UK DVD soon – also I’m sure it will be on UK iTunes shortly. Sorry I’m sure it looks like we’re not trying to get it out there, but believe me we are. Please don’t do the illegal download – it look us nearly three years to make and we’re far from breaking even… thanks for your patience. David

  4. I would like to watch this in New Zealand. I’ve had a look at goodscreenings.org and apparently your film is only available in Canada, Denmark and the UK. It looks like I’m in the same unfortunate position as Trevor Carpenter above…the only available option is to look for an illegal download?

  5. Can I buy a DVD anywhere? Can I have it sent to Israel?
You’d probably already had the option on the website if it existed…

I really want to see this film but until it’s possible here, if ever, I’ll probably forget about it.
So, I must admit that at the moment I’m trying to download it, illegally, yeah, but whenever or however I can legally download, watch or otherwise buy it, I’ll be more than willing to.
Just remind me I owe you…

    You got my e-mail…

  9. yes – the DVD is about to launch on the 6th December. iTunes should carry it from that date too. You’ll be able to buy it here:

http://www.vivaverve.com/ from 6th dec. Please do use these guys that rather than order from a big online retailer like amazon, then we will actually get a tiny bit for it….

    Thanks,

    David

  10. The film is available in the UK here:

    http://www.vivaverve.com/shop/article_DAP7791/ERASING-DAVID.html?shop_param=cid%3D1%26aid%3DDAP7791%26

It costs £9.00, inclusive of VAT, and shipping is free!

(I don’t work for the production team, or Verve – just interested, and excited…)

  11. PLEASE don’t illegally download our film. We spent years making it. I’m really sorry you can’t get it yet in NZ. I’ve just spoken to Good Screenings, though, and they will send it anywhere in the world. Just email sarahm@britdoc.org and tell her I said she should send it to you pronto…. And say hi from me.

  14. Has it been released in Australia? I just want to watch it for personal use so getting it from Good Screenings seems like it wouldn’t be a good idea since I won’t actually be screening it for anyone.

  15. We hope that it is about to be released in Australia. In the mean time, can you play a UK DVD? Let me know if you still can’t get hold of it and we’ll sort it out. Thanks.
