  2. Not available in Canada? iTunes USA is not Canada. There are only 2 podcasts by the search term “erasing david”. And they’re both free.

  6. What about for those that can’t use iTunes (about 2% of the population don’t use Mac or Windows hence can’t access it)? How about offering it for free via bit torrent? It will end up there eventually, anyway :)
