A Seer of Heart is one who sees the desires and knows about the uniqueness of their teammates. They could see the paths that make the team follow their inclinations to succes. They would know the paths where all the team stays more united too.

This could range from completely draining someone to turn them into a lifeless husk, or infusing them with so much life energy they just burst. Nothing like living someone to death.
