Why are Channel 4 Programmes not on catch up?
Every programme made available as part of the All 4 service has a rights period or “length of availability” associated with it. An episode which has been broadcast in the past 30 days on one of our channels will have certain “catch-up” rights, and the episode will only be available in line with this rights window.
How do I get my channels back?
Press the “Menu” button on your remote control. If you don’t have a remote, your TV should have a built-in “Menu” button. Find and select the “Channel Scan” option in your TV’s menu. This option is sometimes labeled “Rescan,” “Tune,” or “Auto-tune.”
Why do we have to rescan your TV channels?
Rescanning simply means having your TV’s tuner do an automated update to look for new channels. This will allow your TV to find your favorite channels at their new frequencies. Though the frequency may be new, the channel numbers you use won’t change—channel 5 will still be channel 5, and so on.
Are Freeview channels down?

When can I rescan my TV 2021?
If you receive these channels through an antenna, you must rescan your television on or after June 15, 2021, at 10 a.m. to continue watching My58, H&I and Estrella TV Sacramento. Cable and satellite viewers will not be affected.
How do you catch up on All 4?
If you have a television and broadband deal with Sky, Virgin Media or BT, you can access All 4 via your internet-connected set-top box. Selected Freeview, Freesat and YouView boxes also have the service if you don’t want to sign up to pay-TV, plus All 4 is offered via the new Freeview Play TV guide.
