What is the vegetable we should never eat?

Cruciferous Vegetables Vegetables that belong to the cabbage family such as cauliflower, Brussels, broccoli and sprouts should never be consumed raw. These vegetables contain sugar that are difficult to digest. Eating these vegetables raw may lead to a number of gastronomical problems.

    Should you avoid foods you don’t actually like eating?

    You’d think this would be common sense – to avoid foods you don’t actually like eating – but it’s not. People often force themselves to eat foods they don’t truly enjoy (or, in certain cases, flat out hate) because they think they have to.

    But here’s the catch: A lot of the foods we’re told we shouldn’t eat might not actually be all that bad for us. In fact, what’s deemed “bad” for you might be totally different than what’s considered “bad” for someone else.

We’re talking about the ones that either don’t offer much nutritional value for your body, or, in some of the worst cases, actually pose a health risk to you.
