How do I get on the Vertibird Fallout 4?
To unlock support you’ll need to join the Brotherhood of Steel. After doing so you only need to complete the first quest they give you (Shadow of Steel) before they grant you Knight status and provide you with Vertibird Signal Grenades.
Where is Elder Maxson show no mercy?
Speak to Elder Maxson Locate Elder Maxson in his office on the Main Deck of the airship. Speak with him regarding the status of Fort Strong, answering him how you wish. Maxson will reward you with several Vertibird Signal Grenades, which allow you to call in Vertibirds to travel throughout the wasteland.
Can you fly Vertibird Fallout 4?
The Vertibird’s VTOL flight mechanics allow it to approach landing zones, transiting into a hovering mode of flight, by tilting its rotors vertically upwards 90 degrees. Vertibirds lack the large armament package seen in the Capital Wasteland.

Vertibirds can: Collect you and a companion from wherever you’ve thrown the grenade. Drop you and a companion off at any discovered, previously visited, map-marked location in the game. You will land within 100 yards of the map marker and immediately exit the Vertibird upon landing.
Can Vertibirds take you to undiscovered locations?
You can, but only under the right circumstances. The locations’ “discovery area” must reach high enough (or you must be flying low enough) to pass through it during the flight. This is not a reliable way to discover new locations, but you’re sure to pick up a few if you use the Vertibirds often enough.
Do Vertibirds work in Far Harbor?
Signal grenades do not work on the Far Harbor island or in Nuka-World. The hidden quest ID triggered by the grenade for calling in a vertibird is VFT. It can be manipulated in the console like any other quest. The grenades have a small kinetic effect on impact and on detonating, that can move corpses and other objects.
Does Danse hate you if you betray the brotherhood?
In the final game, killing Elder Maxson will result in the Sole Survivor being declared an enemy to the Brotherhood of Steel, and Danse goes hostile as if he was still allied with the Brotherhood.
