What is ter119?
TER-119 is a lineage marker for erythroid cells from early proerythroblast to mature erythrocyte stages in adult blood, spleen, and bone marrow. It is also present in yolk sac, and fetal and newborn liver.
Is CD11b a myeloid marker?
CD11b is considered a pan-myeloid marker (expressed after granulocyte-monocyte progenitors (GMP) phase in the bone marrow). CD11c is a prefered marker for dendritic cells. But there is exceptions given the variety of tissue distribution of myeloid cells.
What are CD45 positive cells?
CD45 is a transmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase located on most haematopoietic cells. It has several isoforms, and haematopoietic cells express one or more of the isoforms—CD45RO, CD45RA and CD45RB. CD45 immunoreactivity is recognised to be highly specific for non–Hodgkin’s lymphomas.
What cells are CD11b+?
CD11b is expressed on the surface of many leukocytes including monocytes, neutrophils, natural killer cells, granulocytes and macrophages, as well as on 8% of spleen cells and 44% of bone marrow cells. Functionally, CD11b regulates leukocyte adhesion and migration to mediate the inflammatory response.
What is CD45 lymphocytes?
CD45 (lymphocyte common antigen) is a receptor-linked protein tyrosine phosphatase that is expressed on all leucocytes, and which plays a crucial role in the function of these cells.
Which cells are CD45 positive?
What is the role of CD11b?
CD11b modulates several key biological functions in innate immune cells, including cell adhesion, migration, and phagocytosis.
What is the cell number of rb6-8c5 antibody?
Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. The RB6-8C5 antibody has been tested by immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded mouse tissue using low or high pH antigen retrieval and can be used at less than or equal to 10 µg/mL.
What is rb6-8c5 GR-1?
Description: The RB6-8C5 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse Ly-6G, a 21-25 kDa protein also known as the myeloid differentiation antigen Gr-1. A GPI-linked protein, Gr-1 is expressed by the myeloid lineage in a developmentally regulated manner in the bone marrow.
How do you test for rb6-8c5?
Applications Tested: The RB6-8C5 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells and splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 µg per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
How can I get a sample of ly-6g (rb6-8c5)?
Contact our Technical Service Department (or your local Distributor) for more information on how to receive a FREE 10 µg sample of Ly-6G (RB6-8C5): sc-53515. At present, we have not yet completed the identification of the preferred secondary detection reagent (s) for Ly-6G Antibody (RB6-8C5).
