Where are the bandits at Nilheim?
They are disguised bandits. If you go over the bridge, there is a man that will say that bandits ransacked his cart and that his camp is in the ruins of Nilheim. When he gets there, they will attack you and you have to kill him.

They can now be found at Stalleo’s makeshift campsite, just a short distance northeast from Treva’s Watch. He is currently waiting for reinforcements to arrive to clear out his family’s castle, so that he can reclaim it and reunite with his family inside.

Can Lydia join the Blades?
Lydia, like most followers, has the option of being recruited into The Blades by being brought to Delphine at Sky Haven Temple after the quest Alduin’s Wall is completed.
