How It Should Have Ended (HISHE) is an animated web series that parodies popular films by creating alternate endings and pointing out various flaws. Endings for many major movies have been presented, using the tagline “sometimes movies don’t finish the way we’d like.”
Why did the Batman series end?
Cancellation. Near the end of the third season, ratings had dropped significantly, and ABC cancelled the show. NBC agreed to take over the series, but before it could do so, it was discovered that hundreds of thousands of dollars of Batman sets had been destroyed. Rather than rebuild the sets, NBC dropped the project.
Did Batman survive at the end?
With no way to stop the detonation, Batman decided to use the Bat and flew the bomb away from the bay, so it wouldn’t explode over the city. Batman was then presumed dead. But, the end of the film revealed that Bruce was alive and well, living in Europe with Selina.
What program does Hishe use?
The animation technique used for HISHE is a form of digital puppetry. Character art and backgrounds are drawn as separate elements in Adobe Photoshop and then rigged and animated in Adobe After Effects.
Who runs Hishe?
The woman behind How It Should Have Ended, HISHE for short, is Tina Alexander. Alexander and business partner Daniel Baxter started the franchise for fun in 2005.
