Sometimes my Neato Robot makes a loud noise. What does this mean? Hair wrapped around the brush bearings sometimes causes the robot to make a high pitched sound.

The batteries typically last 100-150 recharges (McNair stamping). So each time the Neato goes back to the charging base for a recharge, you are slowly eating away the life. In my situation of cleaning 1-2 times a week (3 charges each), the batteries typically last 8 months (I wish it was longer).

Why does my Neato keeps saying clean my brush?

The clean brush error occurs when the Neato detects that the brush is not rotating fast enough. It assumes there is something wrapped around the brush that is slowing it down. Now would be the time to contact Neato since you have cleaned the brush and the end caps including the two brass bushings.

Why does my Neato keep going in circles?

Sometimes my Neato Robot spins in circles. Is everything okay? Most likely the wall sensors are blocked. Take a clean, soft cloth or a cotton swab to wipe the sensors on the side on the robot.
